Our roots in the roofing industry date back to 1997, when we began building the hands-on experience that continues to guide our work today. In 2005, Tri State Roofing was established to give homeowners and commercial property owners throughout the Tri-State Area a local, family-owned choice for protecting their properties. From our base in Quincy, IL, we serve customers across Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa with roofing and exterior work shaped by decades in the trade.

Eligible projects also include workmanship warranties ranging from one to 10 years depending on the installation and selected materials. Depending on the roofing system and selected materials, workmanship warranties range from five to 10 years. Eligible soffit, fascia, and seamless gutter installations include one-year workmanship coverage. We focus on doing careful work from the beginning, so customers receive improvements designed around long-term property protection rather than temporary fixes.

We work with established manufacturers and offer options suited to different property conditions, weather exposure, and performance priorities. Our roofing materials include Owens Corning Duration and Malarkey Vista asphalt shingles as well as products from GAF, Johns Manville, Mule-Hide, and Firestone. We install TPO and EPDM membranes for appropriate flat and low-slope roofs and offer standing seam and stone-coated metal systems for customers considering metal protection. Our exterior options extend to vinyl, composite, and metal siding, including HardieBoard and HardieBacker products. For deck projects, we use weather-resistant framing lumber and durable composite decking materials. Rather than treating materials as interchangeable, we consider their characteristics alongside the property so customers can choose an option suited to the project and the demanding Midwest conditions it will face.
